Preschool

The Preschool is the longest running continuous program of the Bellevue Church of Christ.  The first class was in 1976.

The director of the Preschool is Lisa Toungette.  The Assistant Director is Lisa Sullivan.  The teachers are: Carolyn Holliday, Lorie Browning, Amy Walker, and Terri McAlister.  Our entire staff has college degrees, but much more important than that is the fact that our staff consists of loving and nurturing Christian mothers.  The Department of Human Services currently licenses us for 53 students. For several years the Tennessee Department of Human Services has awarded the Preschool with a Three-Star designation, which is the highest rating which can be awarded.

This year 70% of our enrollment comes from the community and the rest of the children come from our church membership.

Tuition 2008-2009:

Half-day (9:00-Noon): $255.00/month

Full-day (9:00-2:30):  $295.00/month

One-time registration fee:  $60.00

One-time supply fee:  $70.00

Our days of operation are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  We are a September - May program.  We have two three year old classes, one four year old class, and one young five year old class.  We are pleased to offer art and music programs in all of our classes. 

We operate under the oversight of the Elders of the Bellevue Church of Christ.

Our program has an excellent reputation for preparing children for Kindergarten.  The Bellevue Preschool strives to be an effective instrument for the Lord's work in this community.
